Step 1 - Choose Your Trademark

Your trademark may be a word or a logo trademark. Make sure that your trademark is acceptable.

Pick the correct goods and service classes

Trademark applications must be filed in respect of one or more goods and service classes. The Trademarken filing software will help you pick the correct goods and services for your trademark so as to avoid problems during examination.

Check to see if your trademark is available

Prior trademark applications and registrations may prevent the registration of your trademark application during examination. The Trademarken filing software will automatically search across hundreds of thousands of trademarks to give you an indication if your trademark is available.

Step 2 - Trademarken Consultants file and prosecute

Once your application has been filed using Trademarken, Trademarken trademark Consultants will file your application at the UK trademark office. During examination, should there be any problems during examination, Trademarken trademark Consultants are available to respond to any examination reports on your behalf.

Step 3 - Trademark Registration

Once your trademark application has been deemed by the trademark examiner to be suitable for registration, the UK trademark office will register your trademark for 10 years. Your trademark may be renewed indefinitely for additional 10 year periods.
